Who is Back On Call? Back On Call, LLC provides substitute and emergency services to Ohio schools. Our focus is to help schools when they are in a time of need.   What type of SLP’s are you looking for? We look for SLP's who are motivated and interested in providing temporary services to a variety of Ohio schools. Many of our professionals have chosen to either “retire” or temporarily leave full time position to raise children. We provide an alternative option for Ohio SLP’s who enjoy school-based therapy.   Where are the available positions? There are openings in almost every area of Ohio. Schools contact us for a specified amount and type of service. We employ SLP’s who are interested in providing services in specific Ohio counties or regional areas.   Why should I work for Back On Call? We give you choices. Back On Call SLP’s choose the amount of travel time they are comfortable with and number of days and hours per week they want to work. Our therapists are also active participates in the planning of their benefit package.  We realize that family needs vary greatly and we are willing to accommodate the needs of all our therapists.   How does your Benefit Plan work? Benefit plans are based upon your negotiated hourly rate, years of employment with Back On Call and number of days and hours per week you choose to work.
